1. Scope of Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all services offered by Lumiverse Solutions, including but not limited to:
- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Programs
- Managed Security Services
- Incident Response Services
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If a service agreed upon and paid for is not delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Lumiverse Solutions.
- Cancellation by Client: If a cancellation request is received before the commencement of the service, a partial refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.
- Technical Issues: In case of severe technical failures that prevent the delivery of service, and if no alternative solution is provided.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Services that have already been rendered or completed.
- Delays or disruptions caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen external factors beyond our control.
- Failure to provide required information or documentation from the client’s side, leading to delays or incomplete service delivery.
- Dissatisfaction with the service after delivery, unless it fails to meet the agreed-upon terms and scope of work.
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to account@lumiversesolutions.com within 7 days of the issue occurrence.
- Once a request is received, our team will evaluate the case and respond within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Amendments
Lumiverse Solutions reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
